Congratulations to our 2010 Photo Contest Winners!

The photos were judged by Walter Gresham, III (photographer), Mary Kolliner (photographer), and Robin Caspari (national artist), who narrowed down the entries to 24 finalists. 

Finalist photos were displayed online from June 15 – July 9 for online voting.  The voting continued at our 7th Annual Wild Horse Days, where donations were made by the public for the most popular photos.

The results are in and the thirteen winners you see below were chosen by you!  These photos will be featured in our 2012 Corolla Wild Horse Fund Calendar. CLICK HERE to order the 2011 Corolla Wild Horse Fund Calendar!

All proceeds from the sale of calendars are used to help preserve and protect the herd of wild Colonial Spanish Mustangs, roaming freely on the northernmost Currituck Outer Banks, and to promote the continued preservation of this land as a permanent sanctuary for North Carolina's newly designated State Horse!
