Description
Donna Campbell Smith, a friend of CWHF, has written a collection of historical fiction stories for young readers titled “Bankers, Mustangs, and Marsh Tackies.” This book also includes historical notes about the wild horses of the coastal Carolinas. These horses, descended from Spanish Mustangs brought to the New World in the 1500s, still roam the dunes and beaches today in small groups.
All proceeds benefit the Corolla Wild Horse Fund.
