Remembering Raymond Submissions

I hereby grant the Corolla Wild Horse Fund the irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use my name, state in which I reside, written content, and photographs submitted in any media, including but not limited to broadcast, telecast, web, print, social media, promotion or other lawful trade purpose or advertising platform or method to share my submitted story further. I understand my content may be edited as necessary.

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such content or images, video, etc.

I understand and agree that such content/photographs and submitted content may be placed on the Internet. I also understand and agree that I may be identified by name in printed, Internet or broadcast information. I waive the right to approve the final product. I agree that all submitted content and any reproductions thereof shall remain the property of the Corolla Wild Horse Fund.

I hereby release, waive, forever discharge, and hold harmless the State of North Carolina, the Corolla Wild Horse Fund, their Board members, agents, officers, and employees from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said content, photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, rights of publicity, or credit/compensation for submitted photographs/video etc.

I have read this entire Consent and Release Agreement, I fully understand it, and I agree to be bound by it. By submitting my content, I also consent to receive recurring marketing messages to the email address provided.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
